Grievance Cell

Scope

The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) has been constituted for the purpose of redressal of grievances of all involved stakeholders. The aggrieved party/individual may express their grievance online/offline in soft or hard copy. They may also approach the members of the GRC and express their grievances. Students of the institute are being encouraged to make use of the facility/service by sharing their genuine concerns/complaints. They can also give constructive suggestions by using the suggestion box. GRC assures the concerned stakeholders that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and as confidentiality.

Objectives:

  • To develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all the stakeholders in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the College.
  • To uphold the dignity of the College by ensuring strife free atmosphere through promoting cordial Student-Student relationship and Student-teacher relationship.
  • To encourage the Students to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimized.
  • To advise students of the College to respect the right and dignity of one another and show utmost restraint and patience whenever any occasion of rift arises.
  • To advise all the students to refrain from inciting students against other students, teachers and College administration.
  • To advise all staffs to be affectionate to the students and not behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.

Mechanisms for submitting grievances:

  • Grievance Redressal Form can be used to submit any Grievances through Grievance Redressal Form

  • Oral communication of the grievances with the members of the grievance cell can be made
