Dr. Girish Rao Salanke N S is a distinguished academic with over 24 years of teaching experience, having worked at prestigious institutions such as RV College of Engineering, KSIT, and VKIT. Currently, he serves as the Professor and Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Global Academy of Technology, Bengaluru. Dr. Girish holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. His research work includes the publication of more than 20 papers in reputed journals and international conferences. Additionally, he holds an Indian patent for an Aadhar Enabled Water Monitoring System. Dr. Girish is also active in digital education, managing a YouTube channel that offers courses in Data Structures, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, and Advanced Algorithms. He has published two books on Data Structures and Unix System Programming and was recognized as an Elite Topper with 99% in the NPTEL course Design and Analysis of Algorithms.
